Web Management Services

Monthly web hosting & Site Management – $99 a month (price covers hosting and the following services)

Site File Space & Traffic Bandwidth – Space is allocated on our server to host your website files according to your requirements as well as bandwidth to allow for your site traffic. The amount of CPU, RAM, and storage varies depending on the plan size.

A Control Panel – All hosting accounts include a Control panel which is a user interface tht allows you to manage your website (if you’d like to), including file management, database access, and settings

Backups – We will conduct backups periodically; this is essential in case something happens to your site and it needs to be restored.

Site Security –Advanced Web Site security is included as well. Since the COVID outbreak the level of site hacking has increased dramatically so this is especially important. I get reports every week for all my sites and you wouldn’t believe how many people try to hack into these sites. At other web hosting companies (like GoDaddy) if someone hacks into your site you have to pay them to “un-hack” it, but if that were to happen with us we would un-hack it for you for free.

Divi Theme Membership – We will include the key code for my lifetime membership to Divi (from Elegant Themes) so you never have to renew this. This only applies if your site was set up using the DIVI WordPress Theme.

Plugins/WordPress Program/Divi Theme Updates – these updates will be done regularly, and your site will be checked after each update and minor edits will be made if there are any issues. (if there are huge issues due to updates, we reserve the right to bill you for this, but we wouldn’t do that without advising you prior to any work being done AND as of today we have never billed anyone for this). Plugins that require periodic renewals or repurchasing are the responsibility of the client. We will keep track of those renewals and advise you, but the cost is the client’s responsibility.

Website maintenance – when you host with us and your site goes down, we will immediately check to see if the issue is with us and advise you if it isn’t, so you know how to proceed. If the issue is with us and our host we will immediately submit a trouble ticket and someone will start working on it immediately or as soon as humanly possible.

Domain name – If you get your hosting with us, I recommend you also let us handle your domain name for you; if you get your domain name elsewhere you will need to REDIRECT it to whatever hosting account you decide to use (including our hosting account) (if you have decided to let us host it for you) (if we handle the domain registration we will do the redirect of the DNS for you).  

Every domain name has to be renewed periodically and if you have us handle it for you we will make sure it doesn’t expire. The annual cost to renew your domain is the client responsibility. Many people that try to manage their own sites let their domains expire and that causes their websites AND email to go down.  We see this frequently with  customers that maintain their own Domain Name Registrations.

Upload NEW sites – We will upload any new site files from our development server to your new hosting server when the website is ready for no extra fee when you host your site with us.

(btw most, if not all of these things, are items that GoDaddy and other hosting providers charge extra for)

Upload NEW sites – We will upload any SSL Certificate – all web sites MUST have SSL Certificates because if not, some of your site visitors may see big a RED warning page when they try to go to your site. The SSL Certificate has to be purchased and then installed, which is an extra charge, with most other hosting providers. We will include the cost of the SSL certificate and the cost of the installation, if you host with us (We will pay the ever increasing annual fees for purchase and installation (just the PURCHASE price is currently $200+ for one year) and we’ll also include the cost to install it for you for no additional fee, if you get it from us – otherwise you will have to buy an SSL certificate each year and pay someone to set it up to make sure it works with your domain);
